Seen promptly i.e on time.
Lack of receptionist does not give confidence that the staff know you have arrived. Doesn't necessarily need a person to speak to. A visual checking in system would be fine.

Extremely punctual. No waiting. No fuss.
Perhaps there could have been a receptionist who you could report to on arrival, rather than be expected to wait, hoping that it was realised that you were present - but a minor point.
